I am Dr Suresh Prabhakar (Consultant Urologist), and the reason I run this institute is that I am passionate about teaching, I look at it as a moral & ethical responsibility to pass on the expertise that I have acquired over the years, on to the next generation, and contribute in my own humble way to creating better health care professionals.

Over the years I have observed that many of my senior consultants (specially in India) were reluctant to pass on their expertise to others, and refrained from delegating responsibility to juniors and assisting surgeons.

It is my firm belief that the more we share the more we learn, and from my perspective sharing knowledge is key, to pass on the baton to the next generation.

ICME INDIA is a result of this thinking, and I help Students to acquire knowledge. What makes me really unique is that I don’t just teach students content, I teach health care professionals to learn, “HOW TO LEARN”.  ICME is in existence now for more than two decades now and a thousand plus of my students have passed Examinations abroad and are workin in UK, Australia & New Zealand.
